TNT Spain, a subsidiary of the worldwide courier, express parcels and logistics provider TNT Post Group (TPG) headquartered in Amsterdam (Netherlands), recently opened a warehousing and handling terminal at Alicante with an area of 1860 sqm.
The hub, which has seven loading ramps, is intended to improve the quality of the services offered by TNT in Spain, and in particular to substantially shorten the processing and delivery times of incoming and outgoing shipments.
The facility is equipped with a modern EDP system. The service provider also announces that the logistic centre of the TPG division TNT Logistics located in
Seseña near Toledo was recently awarded ISO standard 9001:2000 certification.
