Amazon launches Selling on Amazon and Fulfillment by Amazon for businesses in Mexico

Amazon has announced the Selling on Amazon and Fulfillment by Amazon offerings in Mexico for businesses to list and sell their products at Amazon.com.mx. “Amazon is a powerful sales channel for businesses of all sizes in Mexico, enabling them to efficiently launch or grow their sales online,” said Germán Pérez-Duarte, Director of Mexico Seller Services.

Amazon had previously only offered Kindle e-books on its online site which opened for Mexican customers in 2013. The new Spanish-language Amazon.com.mx, however, will feature the full array of physical goods.

Sources report that the Mexican e-commerce is growing at about 34% per annum.
