Emirates Post Group launching new training programme

Emirates Post Group (EPG) is working the Abu Dhabi University Knowledge Group (ADUKG) to launch a new training programme for its customer service staff. Set to launch in Dubai on 26 July, the “Egrab” programme will take two groups of 20 participants each through a syllabus focused key aspects of customer interaction, such as communication, teamwork and handling difficult situations.

The participants will also undertake a module on EPG’s history and corporate structure, as well as on the range of products and services it offers to its customers.

Participants will come from both EPG’s Telephone Contact Centres and its Service Centres from across EPG’s UAE Postal Areas.
