Update on DPD depot in Lincoln

Property adviser Bilfinger GVA has confirmed to Post&Parcel that it advised on the new parcel delivery depot for DPD at Network 46, in Lincoln. Bilfinger GVA said that DPD has agreed a 20-year lease and work will now begin onsite to build a 42,783 sq ft cross loaded distribution warehouse, designed specifically to meet DPD’s needs.

Due for completion in April 2016, the unit will include 30 level loading doors, four dock level loading doors and is expected to generate 90 jobs for the local area.

An established 70 acre business park on the A46, Network 46 is located 11 miles from Lincoln city centre and provides access to both East Midland and Humberside airports and the national motorway network via junction 27 of the M1.
