Gett offering parcel delivery service in Israel

Gett (the company formerly known as GetTaxi) has launched a new parcel delivery service in Israel. According to local reports, the new service will initially be offered in Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan and Givatayim. Gett will aim to pick up a parcel within ten minutes of a call and deliver it for a charge of NIS 25-55 (depending on the area).

The courier service, which will be available 11 am to 8 pm from Sunday to Thursday, will deliver parcels of 3 kg and under. The couriers will be travelling on motorised scooters.
