EU seeks comments on Post Danmark acquisition of stake in E-Boks
The European Commission said it invites comments on the acquisition by Post Danmark of the acquisition of a stake in e-Boks which is presently controlled by Dmdata AD and Kommunedata AS.
The joint venture e-Boks provides safe infrastructure for sending, receiving and storing electronic documents.
Interested parties have 10 days in which to submit their comments to the commission, which will announce the outcome of its initial inquiry on or by Nov 11.
The case will be examined under the EU’s simplified merger procedure.
