Macfarlane contract hires from Hill Hire
Leeds based Macfarlane Transport has contract-hired 43 curtainsiders from Hill Hire in a deal valued at more than £1m.
Macfarlane looks after the tyre element. Macfarlane has been a prominent TIP customer, but this order for Boalloys takes the number from Hill Hire to 60. Hill Hire is also supplying a further 3 trailers to Fast Mag, a joint venture between Macfarlane Transport and CM Downton. The Fast Maag trailers will be based in Dunstable to work on a new contract with Polestar, a large printer of consumer magazines.
