Europa adopts Masternaut Connect

Europa adopts Masternaut Connect

Transport and logistics provider Europa Worldwide Group has adopted the Masternaut Connect system. Masternaut Connect has been installed in more than 200 trailers across Europe, so Europa can share live information with its sub-contractors. Europa says the system will allow for improved fleet visibility and management, and provide customers with improved service information.

Europa’s Dartford branch uses screens showing Masternaut’s system within the office, ensuring staff have full visibility of where trailers are. Europa’s hubs have been geofenced so alerts are issued that keep depots better informed, so that they are ready to receive trailers.

Richard Litchfield, group IT director, Europa Worldwide Group, commented: “We met with and trialed a number of suppliers and Masternaut immediately understood our requirements and business objectives, particularly around our API needs.”

Litchfield added: “The Connect platform provided the right solution that fits all our needs, is cost effective and has the scope to build out into other areas in the future.”
