RoyalMail launches MailshotMaker

Royal Mail has launched a new online tool which small businesses can use to create their own mailshots. Using MailshotMaker (mailshotmaker.com), said Royal Mail, small businesses can design and send mailshots to consumers from 49p per mailing (including postage). There is no minimum volume or contract required.

Furthermore, Royal Mail said that MailshotMaker allows businesses to execute campaigns – from design to delivery at a customer’s door – in three working days (if they are using First Class mailings).

The MailshotMaker tool includes design templates, a free-to-use image library, and a “fully permissioned database of consumer contacts”.

Jonathan Harman, Managing Director at Royal Mail MarketReach, said: “MailshotMaker is made for business people, be they the company owner or a marketing executive, who want a simple, fast and affordable solution to drive a positive response among consumers. It is designed to help businesses bring more customers through the door and ultimately generate more sales.”
