Amazon announces new pick-up location for Texas Tech University

Amazon will be opening a fully staffed pickup location near the Texas Tech University campus in Lubbock. Set to open in the Fall of this year, the 2,700-square-foot space will be located at 2407 Ninth Street.

Since its started its campus programme last year, Amazon has opened staffed pickup locations at the following universities: Purdue University, University of Massachusetts Amherst, University of California, Berkeley, University of Pennsylvania, The University of Texas at Austin, and University of California, Davis, as well as in the college communities of University of California, Santa Barbara, and University of Cincinnati.

Amazon has reported it will also open more locations in 2016, including: The Georgia Institute of Technology and California State University, Long Beach, as well as in the college communities of University of Akron and University of Connecticut.
