Kingstown Associates extends contract with Hermes

Hermes has been awarded a four-year contract extension to continue providing online delivery services to UK-based mail order company Kingstown Associates.

The two companies have been working together for more than a decade.

Under the terms of the deal, Hermes will provide both a Standard Delivery Service and a Next Day Delivery Service to consumers ordering from Kingstown Associates’ brands, which include Fashion Friendly, Housewares Direct, Healthy Living Direct and Affordable Choices.

Kingstown Associates also provides third party fulfilment services from its dedicated warehouse in East Yorkshire – and Hermes will provide delivery services for that arm of the business too.

In total, Hermes will handle more than one million parcels a year on behalf of Kingstown Associates, with volumes anticipated to grow during the duration of the contract.
