Sendle launches new Satchel service

Sendle has launched a new service, called Sendle Satchels, for small businesses looking to send parcels of between 500g up and 25kg. Sendle will pick up the 500g A4 satchels from the customers and deliver them across Australia from $6.95.

“We’re doing everything we can to make parcel delivery simple and fair for small businesses. We are now cheaper and more convenient than the post office for sending parcels from 500g up to 25kg” said James Chin Moody, Founder and CEO of Sendle.

“What we’re offering is the option to send a satchel without needing to line up at the post office and without the need to pre-purchase in bulk to keep costs down. This makes the delivery process much more economical, efficient and effective for small to medium and micro businesses.”

Ahead of the formal launch, Sendle has been beta testing the new Satchel service with customers over the past couple of months.
