Whistl reports 24% increase in doordrop volumes

Whistl has reported a 24% year-on-year increase in its doordrop volumes and strong interest in its in-home sampling service. According to Whistl: “Marketing Managers at a number of household brands are sampling Whistl’s in-home sampling service as a way to get their brands in front of consumers.”

The brands using Whistl include Nikwax, which has been distributing trial samples of its waterproofing liquid,  and AB World Foods Westmill, which has been sending full-size samples of its Elephant Atta Flour.

“Brand managers recognise the unique role of sampling within the marketing mix to either promote a new product or reinvigorate an established brand,” said Mark Davies, Managing Director Whistl Doordrop Media.

“In-home sampling by Whistl has the unique ability to bring a brand to life in the environment in which it will be used.”
