Ex-SingPost CEO Wolfgang Baier joins Luxasia

Wolfgang Baier, the former Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Singapore Post (SingPost), has joined fragrance and cosmetic distributor Luxasia as its CEO. Luxasia has said that Baier’s appointment will be key to the company’s overall growth strategy.

As previously reported, Baier resigned as SingPost CEO in December. He had joined SingPost in February 2011 as CEO (International) and was appointed Group CEO in October of that year.

Patrick Chong, the owner of Luxasia, said: “Wolfgang has proven leadership capabilities, vast knowledge and skills in areas such as Customer Relationship Management and omni-channel retail experiences, which will strengthen Luxasia’s future offerings.”
