Critiqom awarded new framework place for hybrid mail service provision

Critical communications services provider Critiqom has been awarded onto the National Procurement Service’s (NPS) framework for offsite hybrid mail provision. The framework is a key element of the NPS Postal & Courier Services & Mailroom Equipment Framework Agreement (NPS-CSC-0023-15).

The NPS framework award positions Critiqom as a select supplier of offsite hybrid mail services for public sector organisations across Wales. Critiqom’s hybrid mail service effectively re-routes all ad-hoc office mail – which is typically printed on expensive-to-run desktop printers – directing it to Critiqom’s purpose-built production facility where it is printed and cost-effectively mailed.

Ian Forster, Sales Director, Critiqom, commented: “This is significant for both Critiqom and our customers. The award gives new customers confidence, as they understand the stringent criteria that must be met by any supplier in order to get onto a framework. And Critiqom benefits through greater visibility and access to buyers.”
