Foodpanda teaming up with Grab in Bangkok

Food delivery platform Foodpanda has established a partnership in Bangkok with ride-hailing and on-demand delivery specialist Grab. According to a report published on TechCrunch today (2 November), GrabBike riders will now deliver orders from Foodpanda restaurants in the city’s central district, with other areas to follow soon.

“We were working hard on decreasing our delivery times to an average of 36 minutes in central Bangkok over the last couple of months,” Alexander Felde, managing director for Foodpanda Thailand, was quoted as saying.

“With Grab’s rider network and experience we will be able to drag down delivery times further.”
