Deutsche Post DHL Group completes UK Mail acquisition
Deutsche Post DHL Group has completed its acquisition of UK Mail. As previously reported by Post&Parcel, the acquisition was granted unconditional clearance by the European Commission on 16 December. Furthermore, UK Mail’s Scheme of Arrangement effecting the acquisition was sanctioned by the High Court of Justice in England and Wales on 20 December.
UK Mail’s operations will now be added to the European parcel network of Deutsche Post DHL Group.

DHL Parcel has expanded its cross-border network since 2014 to cover 18 European countries.
