New Wave Logistics to occupy Northampton distribution centre

New Wave Logistics is to occupy the UKs largest speculative distribution facility at Brackmills in Northamptonshire. The company has agreed a 25 year lease for the distribution centre which comprises 500,000 sq ft of warehousing and office space.
Commenting on this latest investment, Malcolm Wilson, managing director of New Wave Logistics says: we needed a large single site to meet the requirements of major new customers,which we will announce soon.
