Thailand Post investing in digital transformation

Thailand Post is set on a “digital transformation” programme that will see the postal operator investing heavily in upgrading its core automation systems, distribution centres and delivery infrastructure. “A transformation is needed in order to fight back against the influx of no-frills messenger service apps and international courier and parcel delivery service providers, as well as to create sustainable revenue growth,” Thailand Post president Samorn Terdthampiboon was quoted as saying.
