Amazon tops UK customer satisfaction poll

Amazon tops UK customer satisfaction poll

For the second year running, Amazon has topped The Institute of Customer Service’s UK Customer Satisfaction Index (UKCSI). Amazon.co.uk said that it is “thanking its customers” by offering £10 off selected orders over £50 placed today (20 January).

Jo Causon, CEO of The Institute for Customer Service, commented: “The latest UKCSI results clearly show that just being ‘good’ is no longer good enough. Organisations who can get things right first time and deal with problems effectively to deliver an excellent customer experience are those that are thriving both on the high street and online.”
