Taking stock

Ukrposhta, Ukraine’s national postal operator, has completed its business transformation into a joint-stock corporation. The process was officially completed yesterday (1 March).

“All necessary documents and the statute of the company were approved by the state registrar, so the process of reorganization is completed,” said Ukrposhta.

As previously reported, Ukraine’s  Ministry  of Infrastructure gaven a “green light” to corporatization on 16 February.
