Emirates Post aiming to “deliver happiness”

Emirates Post Group has announced that it has completed phase one of its “I Deliver Happiness” training programme for delivery couriers.

In a statement issued yesterday (1 March), Emirates Post Group said it had designed the programme to “cover more than 1000 employees from the Operations Field to cover Courier and Sorting Sections in 37 batches”.

The programme covers areas like customer happiness, hygiene and grooming, health and safety, interpersonal skills, positivity and team work.

“We are pleased to launch this training programme as part of Emirates Post Group’s efforts to boost customer satisfaction based on the ‘Customer Happiness Index’,” said Chief Support Services Officer of Emirates Post Group, Sami Al Khaja.
