On-demand delivery platform Jinn raises $10m funding

London-based on-demand delivery platform Jinn has reportedly raised $10m in a funding round led by STE Capital, Samaipata Ventures and other investors. Established in 2013 and now operating in “major cities across the UK and Spain”, the Jinn platform “allows the user to order anything they wish via mobile and web applications and have it delivered to them in under an hour”.

Food deliveries have been a mainstay of the business, but the company is reportedly looking to increase its involvement in other sectors, such as groceries, health and beauty products.
