Shippit raises US$1.6m in new funding

Sydney-based logistics software company Shippit has raised US$1.6m in a new funding round led by Aura Group. Shippit has developed a cloud-base software platform that enables retailers to book deliveries with a range of participating couriers.

The company’s joint-CEOs Rob Hango-Zada and William On said that the funding will be used to “invest in strategic hires, building out the local team, as well as supporting rapid expansion into international markets”.
