Flipkart COO reportedly leaving

Flipkart’s chief operating officer (COO) Nitin Seth, whose responsibilities include overseeing the logistics arm Ekart, is leaving the Indian online retailer, according to local sources. A report published today (31 May) in the Economic Times said that Flipkart’s CEO Kalyan Krishnamurthy will now take direct control of Ekart.

Seth jointed Flipkart in February 2016 as chief people officer, but he quickly accreted new roles and responsibilities and was given the title of COO in January.
