eBay.com.au and ParcelPoint have partnered together to launch an integrated returns service for eBay shoppers in Australia. Julian Leach, ParcelPoint CEO, said: “We are delighted to partner with eBay to offer Australians a more convenient way to return their purchases when it suits them.”
The ParcelPoint network currently extends to more than 1,300 retail stores across Australia.
