Frans Maas takes 20% stake in Eurotolis

The Dutch forwarder Frans Maas NV has taken a 20% stake in Eurotolis, Lithuania, with the option to increase its stake further with effect from March. The shareholding will give Frans Maas a presence in all Baltic states. Eurotolis is headquartered in the capital Vilnius and also has a branch in Kaunas. The company generates annual sales of EUR 2m witha payroll of 11. The company will be a full member of the Frans Maas network, operating under the name FM-Eurotolis.
