Ian Gray has joined the Board of the DX Group as a Non-executive Director. Gray, who has been working with the Board since mid-January, is currently Chairman of the pharmacy support group Avicenna and the media production company Atlantic Holdings.
Until very recently, he was a Director of KM (Holdings), the regional newspaper group.
As previously reported, DX Group has been pursuing a proposed merger with John Menzies’ Distribution division.
