BotswanaPost changes tariffs

BotswanaPost changes tariffs

BotswanaPost has changed some of its postal tariffs. The post announced last month that the Masa Premier Mail Boxes price has been reduced from P1 500.00 to P560.00 a year, while TransUnion services have been increased from P30.00 to P45.00.

Meanwhile, local media agency Mmegionline reported yesterday (6 July), that BotswanaPost’s customers can now renew their vehicle licences and postal boxes via the telephone or email and make payments online.

“Teleservices is a welcome solution for the customer as it allows one to remain compliant without the added frustrations of time spent while queuing to renew both vehicle licences and postal boxes as things are done remotely and electronically,” BotswanaPost general manager, marketing and communications Joyce Manase-Ntau, was quoted as saying.
