Parcel2Go launches myHermes Light & Large Service

Parcel2Go has announced that it is now offering the new myHermes Light & Large service on an exclusive basis. The service is designed for customers who want to send parcels that are large, but also light.

Using myHermes Light & Large, Parcel2Go customers can send parcels measuring up to 2 metres in length from £17.50 exc VAT.

According to Parcel2Go: “The myHermes Light & Large service provides the answer to a problem that has plagued the parcel industry for a long time.

“Previously, customers sending larger, lighter parcels were forced to pay the same charges as customers sending much heavier items as carriers’ applied volumetric weight pricing rules.

“This made sending bulky, but light items, like clothing or bedding expensive.”
