New MD for UPS Philippines

Christopher Buono has been appointed as the Managing Director of UPS Philippines. Prior to this role, Buono was based in Singapore where he served as Vice President of Information Technology for UPS Asia Pacific.

In a statement issued on Friday (25 August), UPS said: “With almost 15 years of experience with UPS, Buono will lead operations in the Philippines, with an eye toward leveraging the country’s intra-Asia, U.S., and Europe trade relationships to help connect more Filipino businesses to global value chains.”
