Gett Delivery expands into London’s Zone 3

Gett Delivery, the on-demand delivery service from London’s Black Cab app Gett, has expanded its coverage into London’s Zone 3. The Gett Delivery service first launched in London’s Zones 1 and 2 in February 2016.

Prices for the service, which is available from 9am to 11pm seven days a week, start from £4.95 per journey.

Once a courier has been ordered, users can track their courier’s time of arrival through the app and they are able to view the driver’s progress en-route to the recipient, ensuring the parcel’s delivery. Gett Delivery also provides the option to pre-book a courier for future bookings.

Gett Delivery, which can be used by private consumers, businesses, retailers and restaurants, offers pickup in less than 10 minutes and delivery within the hour.

Matteo de Renzi, UK CEO of Gett, commented: “Since launching Gett Delivery last year, we’ve now hundreds of couriers on the streets of London and made parcel delivery a seamless, fully on-demand service. After a successful launch, we’re pleased to extend our service toZone 3, providing a quick service to businesses and individuals in areas less serviced than central London. With Gett Delivery continuing to grow we look forward to increasing our coverage even more in the future.”
