Xpediator has bought the UK-based freight forwarder and courier firm, Regional Express for £1.2m.
In a statement sent to Post&Parce, Xpediator said that a further £0.7m may also be payable “contingent on the future trading performance of Regional Express”.
Regional Express reported revenues of £6.0m and a profit after tax of £198k for the year ended 31 March.
