DX Group announces AGM
DX Group has announced that its Annual General Meeting will be held on 8 December in Slough.
As previously reported, it has been an eventful year for DX.
The company explored the possibility of a tie-up with Menzies, which ultimately proved fruitless;and it has also had a major change of personnel at board level.
Ron Series has assumed the role of Chairman from Bob Holt, who is retiring from the Company. Lloyd Dunn, is the new Chief Executive Officer and Russell Black and Paul Goodson both joined the Board as Non-executive Directors.
