MHI joins MetaPack Certified Carrier Programme

MetaPack has announced that Mail Handling International (MHI) has joined its Certified Carrier Programme.

In a statement sent to Post&Parcel todaty (20 November), MetaPack said that the partnership will allow retailers and brands on the MetaPack Delivery Management platform to provide their customers with greater access to multiple international carriers and a broader range of delivery options.

The MetaPack Certified Carrier Programme now extends to just over sixty international and domestic delivery companies.

MHI has invested in a new, state-of-the-art sortation plant that has had a significant impact on its processing capacity. It also operates a TrackMail tracking and query management portal and provides process reporting supported by its Account Management team.

Mail Handling International CEO, Paul Brown, commented: “Giving customers choice and integrity of distribution is at the core of MHI. We are excited to have integrated with MetaPack as this will further improve the experience of retailers and consumers internationally.”

“The global scale of the operation at MHI means that the retailers and brands on our platform will hugely benefit from the new delivery options and services that it offers,” added Simon Croft, Carrier Account Director at MetaPack.
