ANC Cambridge sees growth with 87 percent over the last year
ANC Cambridge changed ownership last year has seen year on year growth of 87% by delivering peace of mind to its Cambridgeshire customers. (6/30/2003)
ANC Cambridge, Managing Director, Rob Weall took over the depot in November 2002, and the business is thriving. In addition to the impressive year on year growth, the number of collections has increased from 500 to 1200 each night; the number of staff has risen by 50% to 37, and the depot now has a fleet of nineteen new vehicles.
As part of ANC Express – an independent express parcel carrier, ANC Cambridge offers businesses in Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas a range of Same Day, Express UK and International delivery services.
Rob Weall feels becoming more customer focused and introducing new services has driven the growth. He said, “Our success is due to providing our customers the services they need and keeping our promises. The new Same Day delivery service has proved exceptionally popular for extremely urgent deliveries and the Pro Active Customer service centre we have opened, keeps customers informed over the status of their deliveries.”
ANC Cambridge has also developed existing and new partnerships with customers through bespoke solutions.
