ArrowXL appoints new CIO and CFO

UK-based two-person home delivery specialist ArrowXL has announced two new key appointments to its senior team.

James Robbins has been appointed Chief Information Officer (CIO) whilst Paul Cullingford has been named Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Robbins has previously held CIO roles at Northern Rail, Abellio Transport Holdings, Northumbrian Water Group and most recently Drax Group.

Cullingford has been confirmed as ArrowXL’s permanent CFO after fulfilling the role on an interim basis since August. He previously held the role of Finance Director at Ricardo Hitec and TDG – Williams Distribution. He later moved to Bibby Distribution and over a period of 20-years he transitioned from Finance Director to CFO for the Bibby Supply Chain Services group of companies.
