New sales manager for Palletways member Arthur Oakley Transport

Arthur Oakley Transport, a member of the UK Palletways network, has appointed Delia Hynds as sales manager.

Hynds has seven years’ sector experience having worked for TNT and Palletforce, and most recently fellow Palletways member, International Forwarding. Based at the firm’s depot on Rotherwas Industrial Estate, Hereford, she’ll be responsible for the growth of the business which has a diverse customer base from single traders to multinational businesses.

Commenting on her appointment, Hynds said: “Arthur Oakley is a mature, established business and, I’m keen to further develop its customer base, grow the order book and take the business to the next level.”

Roger Oakley, owner of Arthur Oakley Transport, added: “Delia’s appointment, coupled with significant investment in our business, including the construction of a 10,000q.ft high bay warehousing facility this year, will stand us in good stead as we grow and develop the business in the local area.”
