Sweden Post expanding mail sorting terminal

Swedish construction group Skanska have said that its property unit Skanska Fastigheter Stockholm had signed a lease for a new package sorting terminal with the Swedish postal services company Posten.

The agreement was signed for a period of 15 years.

The agreement also means that Skanska is to expand Posten’s current facilities in Huddinge, Sweden from 6,000 square metres to 15,000 square metres.
