Whistl moves to the cloud

Whistl has announced that it will be migrating its business critical workloads – including its core logistics platform – to Ensono’s Private Cloud platform.

In a statement sent to Post&Parcel today (24 April), Whistl said that the move to the cloud will increase efficiency across the business and the speed to market of its new services.

Jason Powell, IT Director, Whistl, said: “Whistl strives to lead the industry through technology, innovation and efficiency and migrating our IT estate to Ensono Private Cloud ensures we continue to deliver an excellent service to our customers.

“Whistl will be migrating key business services, including our core logistics platform, to Ensono Private Cloud to deliver a highly secure and stable environment, designed from the ground up to run business critical applications.

“It is important for us that our chosen solution not only offers ROI, but also ensures our IT estate will be fully adaptable for future requirements.”
