ReBOUND launches international partner programme
Global returns management platform ReBOUND has announced an international partner development programme which is says will “set a worldwide standard for retail returns”.
In a statement sent to Post&Parcel today (15 May), ReBOUND said that the partner programme is already running in the USA, Canada, Russia, Estonia, Hong Kong, Israel and Portugal with more countries to follow. ReBOUND will be working closely with its network to support customers in the development of best-in-class returns services.
ReBOUND’s partners will have access to its returns platform, research and assets to service their domestic regions.
Graham Best, ReBOUND’s CEO, commented: “ReBOUND has always been a global-minded business since we set out four years ago. The premise is simple: returns from anywhere, to anywhere. Our carrier partners are more than just an IT integration and the formal launch of the ReBOUND partner program recognises this.”
ReBOUND also reported that it has hired Phil Hanna as Business Development Director to support its growth ambitions in the UK. Hanna brings strong logistics expertise from his time at parcel delivery network Yodel and has over 25 years experience in the sector. While Partnership Director at Yodel he was involved in the launch of Collect+, a retail parcel collection network.
