Xpediator announces new CFO

Xpediator, a provider of freight management services across the UK and Central and Eastern Europe has appointed Robert Ross as the Chief Financial Officer of the Group.

It is intended Robert will commence and be appointed to the Board on 1 January 2020.

Robert is currently Finance Director of Europa Worldwide Group, a transport and logistics company with annual revenues in excess of £175 million. He has significant relevant financial and industry experience having led the finance division of Europa Worldwide Group since November 2015 and been responsible for M&A processes, facilities, refinancing and restructuring of the finance function and leading the HR and talent acquisition departments. Prior to this role, Robert worked in various management roles for PwC where he specialised in the Retail, Leisure and Consumer sectors working extensively with Private Equity houses on both buy and sell side assignments. Robert holds an Economics Degree from Durham University.

Richard Myson, currently interim Chief Financial Officer (non-Board), will ensure an orderly handover and will subsequently become Chief Commercial Officer and join the Group Operating Board. Having worked in the Group for the past 15 years, Richard is ideally placed to fulfil this Group-wide role.
