Belgian Rossel to develop own distribution network

Belgian media company Rossel plans to develop own distribution network for its magazines and promotional items, it was reported on April 13, 2004.

Currently the distribution of Rossel magazines is carried out by Belgian distribution company AMP and Belgian postal services company De Post/La Poste.

(Editor’s note: Finnish media group Sanoma has also cancelled its contract with AMP. As of January 1, 2006 its magazines, such as Humo, Flair and Story, will be distributed by Belgian Hessenatie Logistics, Belgian newspaper Trends reported on March 31, 2005.

Rossel distributes its newspapers Le Soir and La Capital in Brussels and Wallon Brabant, central Belgium.)
