Resignation of UK DX Services Chief Executive

The Board of DX Services plc announced on 16 August that Peter Brougham, Chief
Executive had tendered his resignation and that this resignation had been
accepted.

It has now been agreed that Peter, who will continue to run the Company whilst
the Board carries out its search for a new Chief Executive, will not stand for
re-election at the forthcoming AGM on 11 November. Consequently he will stand
down from his position as Chief Executive and leave the Company on that date.
