UK DX Services launches DX Mail
DX Services today launches ‘DX Mail’ a new service that provides an improved and extended deal, saving customers time and money. The service focuses on handling customer’s first class business mail for delivery by DX early morning, next day. In addition, DX will also take less urgent customer mail, passing it onto Royal Mail for final mile delivery.
To support the launch of this new service, DX will be undertaking a significant awareness campaign including advertising, direct mail and telemarketing. Adverts will be placed in London press and tube carriages from early November and will encourage customers to switch out of the red and ‘look to the blue’. (See attached adverts).
Customers will not have to sort, weigh, frank or count mail. Post is simply put in a pouch or sack and either, depending on the subscription agreement, collected or taken to the local exchange.
Customers pay by subscription, allowing for simple payment, free from complicated pricing tariffs. Pricing is based on an estimated annual mail spend, with a range of cost saving discounts on offer depending on volumes and payment options.
John Maxwell, Chairman, DX Services, said:
“Ahead of postal deregulation we are pleased to be setting the precedent for change in the market by launching this new service. We are supporting it with an exciting and comprehensive marketing campaign encouraging customers to choose DX to collect and deliver all their mail simplifying mailroom processes and saving customers time and money.”
