Trans-o-Flex gets the go-ahead for TT acquisition
The German CEP service provider Trans-o-Flex Schnell-Lieferdienst GmbH is now definitely in the ownership of TT Tour-Trans. The German cartel authorities recently gave their approval for the takeover. The companies agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
Trans-o-fles and TT have been working together for 15 years, and a co-operation agreement between the two firms has existed since 1991. TT Tour-Trans is a logistics company which specialises in services for the cosmetic and entertainment industry.
