C&D express joins forces with Fortec

C&D Express Transport in Sheffield started operating for Fortec; it’s the first Pallet Network, on Monday this week. The firm, which shares ownership with the city’s A&E Transport, replaces Motorfast, which has joined The Pallet Network. C&D in Sheffield used to be part of similarly-named depot in Westbury, Wiltshire, which is part of Palletforce and now a totally separate company. Tracy Hutchinson, C&D director in Sheffield, says: “We looked at joining a number of networks including TPN and Palletways, but (Palletways) is so massive you just become a number.”
