German Post and Telecommunications Regulatory Office "intends to start an investigation into parcel transit time

Courier-Express-and Postal Market News, a news service of the MRU Consultancy GmbH, has told PostCom that the German Post and Telecommunications Regulatory Office “intends to start an investigation into parcel transit time.” The investigation is based on the German Post Office Act, which defines the handling of parcels up to 20 kg as a “postal service.”
