RR Donnelley Logistics Launches OneSite(SM) Mailing Campaign Progress Tracking Tool
R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company today launched OneSite(SM), a comprehensive web tool that offers customers the ability to see where their materials are throughout the mail stream — instantaneously. The first product to combine post-production shipment tracking and United States Postal Service(R) (USPS(R)) network tracking into one synchronized report, OneSite provides a diverse new range of tracking and reporting tools designed to maximize opportunities for customers to capitalize on mailing campaign effectiveness.

OneSite connects USPS Planet Code(R) and FASTFORWARD(R) data with RR Donnelley Logistics transportation tracking information. Using OneSite, mailers can track their mailing campaigns as the finished mail pieces leave the production facility, travel through our logistics network and are processed by the USPS.
Linked to proven postal technology, USPS Confirm(R) and FASTFORWARD(R) systems, OneSite works with all classes of mail. Customers can evaluate campaigns as mail is processed, receive advanced notice prior to delivery and draw on detailed web-based reports.
