REVENUE FOR 1er HALF OF 2006 : Sustained business growth

Norbert Dentressangle Group recorded business growth of 15.9% in the first half of 2006.
As previously announced, the Logistics business, up 17.9%, reflected the recovery in organic growth with the development of new contracts. The Logistics division also continued the integration of the businesses acquired from TNT Logistics France throughout the first half of the year.
The Transport business grew by 14.8% following the integration of Venditelli and despite the termination of certain activities. This growth, which strengthened the transport organisation activities and dedicated fleet, confirms the Transport division’s success in adapting its offer to meet its clients’ expectations. With the current economic climate that is more encouraging for Transport activities, the Group continues to focus on returning to profitability levels in line with the targets of the Challenge 2008 business plan.
Norbert Dentressangle Group, which has matched its targets set at the beginning of the year, confirms that operating result for the first half of 2006 should rise significantly.
